The waste water arising from the dyes manufacturing activities specifically from the spray dryer scrubbing system and washing is high in colour and difficult to treat. The said waste water is passed through per filters and there after passed through specialized membrane system to recover the dye which is recycled with other liquid or spray dried to get product. The clear water generated is reused in washing process.
